There are two Pro Am sponsorship opportunities, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The Pro Am
Sponsor will have its logo on all Pro Am apparel, 3 teams (12 players) in the Pro Am, 5 tickets to the Health Forum,
a banner at the event establishing your company as the Pro Am Sponsor (the banner will remain up for the entire
tournament, 30 tickets to the Meet the Pros Party, 100 Tournament passes, VIP parking, hospitality tent passes,
your logo on the tournament website with a link, additional media exposure and a full page ad in the tournament program.

As the Volunteer Sponsor, your company's name and logo will appear on all volunteer apparel.
